Alania is a family-run Turkish and Mediterranean grill in East Dallas. Our ocakbaşı grill handles Adana kebab, grass-fed lamb shish and lamb chops over open charcoal. The stone oven bakes kuşbaşı, sucuk and cheese pide to order. Start with fire-roasted eggplant, whipped Cyprus feta or a mezze trio, and finish with künefe and Turkish coffee.
